Elite Industries Crane Barges
Built to Perform. Engineered to Last.
At Elite Industries, safety and precision engineering drive us to exceed expectations in every aspect of our operations, ensuring we build safe, efficient, and reliable solutions for our customers. Our crane barges, rigorously analyzed by professional naval architecture firm Tridentis LLC, are designed to surpass the applicable stringent global and national regulatory benchmarks:
- American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) Standards
- ISO Standards for Intact Stability
- United States Coast Guard (USCG) Compliance
- American Boat and Yacht Council (ABYC) Standards
- National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) Standards ISO Standards for Intact Stability
Tridentis LLC performed Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulations on the global structure of the barge to provide comprehensive understanding of metal stresses to ensure overloading does not occur at any point throughout the barge.
Side Float Crane Barge
The Side Float Crane Barge is designed to redefine versatility in marine construction and maintenance projects. This revolutionary barge starts with an 8’6″ width which increases to a 12’6” width when the side floats are deployed, making it not only easy to tow but also incredibly stable.
We’ve taken hassle-free operation to the next level with fully hydraulic side floats that eliminate the need for manual deployment. Experience a seamless transition from transport to stability at your project site.
Safety is paramount, which is why our Side Float Crane Barge features a hydraulic locking mechanism, ensuring your peace of mind during operations.
At Elite Industries, we’re dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that enhance your efficiency and productivity. With our Side Float Crane Barge, you get a versatile, safe, and user-friendly addition to your marine equipment fleet.
2027 Elite 35120XT Outrigger Crane Barge

This barge represents the next evolution of mobile marine lifting equipment, combining proven crane performance with a stabilization system that has been trusted in the dock and lift industry for decades. Built on a 35′ x 10′ hull with a 30″ depth and dual-transom configuration, this unit is equipped with an Amco Veba 810 4S crane featuring an A30 Dinamic Winch, providing lifting capability of up to 960 lbs. at over 45 feet of reach. Operators maintain complete control through Elite’s fully integrated Scanreco remote system, allowing both crane and barge functions to be managed from a single controller for improved visibility, efficiency, and precision on the jobsite. Hydraulic power is supplied by a Vanguard 61G8 40 HP Big Block engine and pump package, while twin Suzuki 200 outboards deliver reliable propulsion and maneuverability.
This unit is equipped with several contractor-focused upgrades, including 20′ HD Downriggers, raised deck storage boxes, dual ballast tanks holding approximately 54 gallons (450 lbs.) each, and an onboard hydraulic pressure washer system. The highlight of the platform is the MSC Outrigger Leg System, developed through a partnership between Elite Industries and MSC Inc. Boat Lifts & Dock. Based on a concept MSC has successfully utilized and refined since the 1990s, these hydraulically deployed outriggers extend from the sides of the barge to significantly increase stability during crane operations, particularly when lifting over the side of the vessel. By providing additional support in water depths up to 6 feet, the MSC Outrigger Legs allow operators to safely handle heavier loads, reduce barge repositioning, improve efficiency, and create a more stable working platform for demanding marine construction, dock installation, and waterfront service projects. Combined with the reach and versatility of the Amco Veba crane package, this partnership brings a proven industry solution to the next generation of Elite Crane Barges.
