The 2027 Elite 30102XS HD Fork Barge on display at Demo Days is built to showcase the latest advancements in productivity, maneuverability, and operator comfort. Measuring 30′ long by 8’6″ wide with a 28″ deep hull and single-transom configuration, this model features Elite’s proven HD Fork Assembly, 20′ HD Downriggers, and the new Manual Proportional Valve System that allows operators to control multiple hydraulic functions simultaneously for smoother, more efficient operation. This demo unit is equipped with raised deck storage boxes, a Dolphin Leaning Post, an integrated hydraulic pressure washer system, and a motor enclosure for reduced noise and improved operator experience. Hydraulic power is supplied by an upgraded Honda EFI 800 engine and pump package, selected specifically to support the Hydraulic Jet Thruster System, which provides precise lateral positioning and enhanced control when working around docks, lifts, and shoreline structures. Propulsion comes from a Suzuki 300 Dual Prop outboard, delivering exceptional thrust, handling, and low-speed maneuverability under load. Combined, these features make this one of the most capable and technologically advanced fork barges Elite has built, offering contractors a powerful platform designed to improve efficiency and performance on the water.
The 2027 Elite 35120XT Outrigger Crane Barge represents the next evolution of mobile marine lifting equipment, combining proven crane performance with a stabilization system that has been trusted in the dock and lift industry for decades. Built on a 35′ x 10′ hull with a 30″ depth and dual-transom configuration, this demonstration unit is equipped with an Amco Veba 810 4S crane featuring an A30 Dinamic Winch, providing lifting capability of up to 960 lbs. at over 45 feet of reach. Operators maintain complete control through Elite’s fully integrated Scanreco remote system, allowing both crane and barge functions to be managed from a single controller for improved visibility, efficiency, and precision on the jobsite. Hydraulic power is supplied by a Vanguard 61G8 40 HP Big Block engine and pump package, while twin Suzuki 200 outboards deliver reliable propulsion and maneuverability.
This demo unit is equipped with several contractor-focused upgrades, including 20′ HD Downriggers, raised deck storage boxes, dual ballast tanks holding approximately 54 gallons (450 lbs.) each, and an onboard hydraulic pressure washer system. The highlight of the platform is the MSC Outrigger Leg System, developed through a partnership between Elite Industries and MSC Inc. Boat Lifts & Dock. Based on a concept MSC has successfully utilized and refined since the 1990s, these hydraulically deployed outriggers extend from the sides of the barge to significantly increase stability during crane operations, particularly when lifting over the side of the vessel. By providing additional support in water depths up to 6 feet, the MSC Outrigger Legs allow operators to safely handle heavier loads, reduce barge repositioning, improve efficiency, and create a more stable working platform for demanding marine construction, dock installation, and waterfront service projects. Combined with the reach and versatility of the Amco Veba crane package, this partnership brings a proven industry solution to the next generation of Elite Crane Barges.
